Still not sure? Email us at customerservice@ironandaxis.com and ask. We answer these ourselves.
I work 24-hour shifts and travel. Will this actually work?
That’s who we built it for. Your program is written against the week you actually have, including the one where you sleep four hours and eat out of a vending machine. We plan the bad weeks in advance instead of pretending they won’t happen.
What kind of gym access do I need?
A commercial gym is ideal, but we write around what you have: a firehouse rack, a garage setup, or a hotel gym with two dumbbells. Tell us your equipment in the form and the program is built to it.
I’ve got an old injury. Am I too beat up for this?
Almost every client over 40 brings something: a shoulder, a back, a knee. The assessment in week zero exists to map it. We train around it and build the surrounding tissue, and if something needs a clinician, we’ll tell you straight and refer out.
Is this connected to TRT, HRT or peptides?
Yes. Every program pairs coaching with a medically-guided peptide protocol. Here’s how the two fit: we coach training, nutrition, sleep and habits. Your Baseline bloodwork goes to a licensed provider in our partner network, who decides what, if anything, is clinically appropriate, prescribes it, and keeps reviewing it as your labs come back. Not everyone qualifies, and if your labs say you don’t need something, we’ll tell you straight.
How long before I see something change?
Energy and sleep usually move first, inside a few weeks. Visible body composition change is a 12-week conversation, not a 12-day one, which is why that’s the minimum commitment. Results depend on the work you put in.
